At Chapter Sip, every coaster is handmade in small batches rather than mass-produced. We take pride in creating each piece with care and attention to detail, which means our production process takes longer than that of large manufacturers.

Processing & Delivery Times

Please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to be handcrafted, processed, and delivered. During periods of high demand, orders may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Why Does Shipping Take 4–6 Weeks?

Unlike factory-made products, each coaster is individually crafted and inspected by hand. We intentionally keep our production small to maintain the quality and uniqueness of every item we create. Your patience allows us to focus on craftsmanship rather than mass production.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other factors outside our control may occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are unable to offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
