Refund & Return Policy

At Chapter Sip, every order is carefully handcrafted in small batches. Because of the time and care that goes into creating each product, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds if you simply change your mind after placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
